Things are starting to get feisty when it comes to the future of Inter Milan’s Marcelo Brozovic, mostly because the player himself has no idea what is going on.
One of the key players for Croatia in their 1-0 win over Turkey in the 2016 Euros, the player, as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, was asked if he had the feeling Inter were trying to sell him, and if he wanted to stay at his current club.
The answer to the second question was “Yes, of course”, while the question to first was “I don’t know, I really don’t know”.
With his feeling made very clear, the Serie A club have a big decision to make, considering they would probably be able to sell him for a big profit.
Gazzetta report that in pole position for the player are Tottenham and Arsenal, while Chelsea have been keeping an eye on things.
Then comes the big question about the player’s contract, which is apparently deemed inappropriate by Brozovic’s agent.
Stating his client would happily stay if he was offered an improved contract, Mr Bicanic also made it clear nothing would happen before the end of the European Championships.
