Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche has insisted he has no intention of moving from the club in future, despite Liverpool and Tottenham being interested in him.
The German has been speaking to BILD about his time at the club so far, after arriving to take over sports management at the club in June 2021.
They’ve enjoyed great success since that point, particularly in the transfer market where Krösche has successfully turned them into a club who regularly sign talent on the cheap that is often developed and sold for a big price.
That has led to consistent rumours that several big sides are keeping an eye on him, with Liverpool linked at the beginning of the year but those rumours eventually brushed off.
BILD confirm both clubs were once interested in him too, stating that they ‘put out feelers’ for the 43-year-old in the past, but he insists that he’s not interested in them regardless.
“Eintracht is a really cool club; I feel totally at home here. I have no ambition at all to do anything else,” he said.
“I can implement what I want to do. I can implement my ideas. The people in the club all fit together well. It’s really fun to work here.”
