After their recent trip to Poland to watch two separate games over the course of a weekend, it appears Southampton will return to scout some players of Lech Poznan.
This is according to Meczyki, who claim that a number of clubs, including the Saints, will be in the stands to watch the Polish side take on Fiorentina in the Conference League.
The fact the first leg of the European tie is in Poland is a ‘good excuse’ to watch Lech Poznan up close, with Southampton expected to take part.
They, alongside Bologna, Union Berlin, Borussia Dortmund and Gent will be in the stands, and Meczyki even point out who is expected to attract the most attention.
That’s Michał Skóraś, who has 15 goals in 44 appearances for the Ekstraklasa side this season, and appears ready to make the leap to the next level at 23 years of age.
Whether Southampton will make an offer remains to be seen, but they are clearly keen on taking in one more of his performances on Thursday night.
