Still, Mundo Deportivo claim that the interest from Arsenal and Milan is ‘known’ as well, while the agent continues to offer the player around.
The Spanish media has been saying that the talks for Asensio’s renewal with Real Madrid are ongoing, as this week the club put on the table an offer for an extension. So he and Mendes could obviously use the interest from other clubs in their favour as they negotiate with the La Liga giants.
But the links with Arsenal have been getting strong this month, so we should probably consider the Gunners as serious candidates for this free signing.
