It appears we are now really in the final instance of the deal taking Marc Roca from Bayern Munich to Leeds United.
The transfer had been touted for the past few days, with reports growingly optimistic that an agreement and eventual move to Elland Road would take place sooner rather than later.
Well, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg brings the latest on the situation on Thursday, explaining that the Spaniard medical ahead of his transfer to Leeds ‘will take place tomorrow’.
Once that’s done, he will sign a four-year deal with the Whites ‘until 2026’, with the fee potentially totalling €17m, broken down as €12m in guaranteed money up front and €5m in bonuses.
Update #Roca: His medical will take place tomorrow! After that he will sign a contract until 2026, transfer fee €12m guaranteed + €5m bonuses. @SkySports #LUFC 🇪🇸

Bought from Espanyol in 2020, the midfielder never managed to establish himself as a regular starter in Bavaria and only made 24 appearances in all competitions for the German side.
Now, it will be up to Jesse Marsch and Leeds United to try and turn his career around in hope he can be of use in the Premier League.
