In what has become one of the more talked about moves of the January transfer window’s dying hours, Youri Tielemans will be heading to Leicester for the second half of the season.

Going the other way to Monaco will be Adrien Silva, who has finally been allowed to move by Claude Puel, probably because he’s getting a replacement in return.

Either way, L’Equipe are claiming the Ligue 1 side will make the Belgian’s move official on Thursday, meaning there’s a good chance he could be included in the Foxes’ squad on Sunday to face Manchester United.

Unwilling to sell him for less than the €25m they originally spent on him, Monaco decided to loan Tielemans instead, probably in hope he shines in England to then sell him for a profit next summer after failing to convince Leonardo Jardim.

Down his end, Adrien Silva is said to have undergone his medical ahead of his move to the principality on Wednesday afternoon.

Everyone seems to be happy with this one.
