Last week, Calcio Mercato published a big rant against Paul Pogba, calling him overrated and saying Juventus would be wrong to try to sign him back from Manchester United.
But things are now back to normal in the Italian media, where the midfielder’s return to the Old Lady keeps being pushed every day.
This Tuesday, it’s Tutto Mercato Web who includes the subject in a chat with the former Juventus defender Igor Tudor, who’s also a manager and had his last job at Udinese.
The website asked Tudor if the possible availability of Paul Pogba in the transfer market would be ‘a temptation hard to ignore’ for the Italian side.
“The relationship between Juve and Pogba I hardly need to emphasise, he did great things in black and white and if there will be the opportunity I am sure that Juve won’t let it escape,” Tudor told Tutto Mercato Web. “There must, however, be considered certain balance, teamwork and economic (factors).”
So Calcio Mercato’s story continues to be an isolated rant, as in most outlets, Paul Pogba to Juventus is still a thing, and will continue to be for a long time.
