Milliyet claim another Premier League club, Wolverhampton Wanderers are showing an interest in Besiktas central defender Domagoj Vida.
The Croatia international has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks, following his performances in the World Cup.
It’s reported that Besiktas board have welcomed Wolves interest in Vida, and Milliyet say the Turkish club are, meanwhile, in informal talks with Liverpool over a potential move.
Besiktas president Fikret Orman reportedly wants €30m from the sale of Vida and it’s suggested if Wolves manage to sign Vida, then they’ll no longer pursue his club teammate Pepe.
Wolves have been busy in this transfer window, with a number of players arriving at Molineux.
The transfer deadline for English clubs is on August 9th so Besiktas need to act quick if they want to sell Vida to a Premier League club.
The 29 year old has also been linked with moves to West Ham and Everton during the transfer window, and he’s under contract with Besiktas until 2022.
