According to a claim in the Turkish media, Wolverhampton Wanderers are showing an interest in Kasimpasa striker Mbaye Diagne.

The Senegalese was linked with Leeds United in the last transfer window, along with Hull City.

Fantatik have reported on the latest developments with regards to the future of Diagne following his impressive performances this season. The player has scored ten goals in ten games in this campaign which has reportedly brought him to the attention of Wolves.

It’s claimed the Premier League side are preparing a January bid for the attacker and it’s likely Wolves would need to offer up to €10m.

Wolves have struggled for goals this season despite their lofty position in the league, and Diagne could be option in the new year.

During the summer we covered reports from Turkey Leeds United were also showing an interest in Diagne after impressing for Kasimpasa last season. The forward scored 12 goals in 17 games for the Super Lig side, leading to the links with Leeds United.

There were also reports last month Leeds United sent a scout to get a further lowdown on the player when Kasimpasa played Goztepe.
