‘White smoke’ and ‘total agreement’ for Tottenham exit – Player expected to travel in next few days to complete transfer

The Italian website are claiming that the ‘white smoke’ is on the verge of being released as the meeting between parties in Milan this afternoon has seen a ‘total agreement’ being reached for the Denmark international’s transfer.

They claim the Tottenham player can ‘count himself as Conte’s third winter signing’ and should be in Italy at the beginning of next week.

This information is also being reported by Calciomercato, who explain Inter will pay €15m + €5m in bonuses.

Eriksen will then leave Spurs once the Premier League club have found his successor, but they reckon that could be resolved in the ‘next 48 hours’.

Eriksen is ‘ready to be a new Inter player’, and it seems we are now in the final stages of this rather long and tedious saga.
