According to a claim in the Italian media, West Ham United are ‘in Italy’ and looking to complete transfer deals for Lazio’s Felipe Anderson and then Juventus’ Stefano Sturaro.
West Ham have been linked with Anderson throughout this transfer window and earlier today we covered claims from Italy that there was optimism the Hammers can finally sign the Brazilian attacking midfielder.
TMW also say West Ham are trying to conclude a deal to sign the Lazio player for €45m, although other reports say this could be €43m. Anderson has reportedly been offered €3.5m by the Premier League side.
Another Serie A player said to be on West Ham’s wanted list is Juventus midfielder Stuarao, who has been linked with a move to the Premier League throughout this summer.
It’s claimed, like many reports in the Italian media, Juventus want €20m for the player and that West Ham are likely to face competition from Newcastle United.
