The Turkish champions are keen to bring in a forward in this window after selling Cenk Tosun to Everton, and it seems the West Ham player be the one.
Futbol Arena have reported Besiktas are close to closing a deal with West Ham for Hernandez, and that final talks are taking place.
It’s been claimed a transfer fee of €8m has been agreed between the two clubs, and that his move could happen in the coming days.
Besiktas have also been linked with Hernandez’s West Ham teammate Diafra Sakho in the past week.
Hernandez only joined West Ham in the last transfer window, but he’s failed to make an impact since his return to the Premier League.
