Fanatik have today claimed West Ham have won the race to sign Osmanlıspor midfielder Badou N’Diaye, despite the last minute efforts from Newcastle United to hijack the deal.

The Turkish newspaper report Osmanlıspor director Ender Yurtguven has confirmed the transfer on social media by saying N’Diaye will join his new West Ham teammates in the coming days. Fanatik believe the message is from the club, and not someone playing games.

It’s been claimed over the course of the past few weeks that Crystal Palace and West Ham were showing a strong interest in the Senegal international, and yesterday there were claims in the English press that Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez is also keen.

However, Fanatik have revealed West Ham will sign N’Diaye, and his move could be made official in the coming days. It’s been reported West Ham will pay £8.5m to Osmanlıspor for the 26 year old midfielder, and that Slaven Bilic is delighted to seal a deal for the player.

Osmanlıspor signed N’Diaye for €350K from Norwegian side Bodo Glimt and the player has scored 18 goals in 77 appearances during his two season spell with the Turkish club.
