West Ham United and Leicester City are among the clubs in the mix to sign Torino’s Saša Lukić in the winter market.
The Serbia international has 18 months left on his deal and has refused to sign a new contract. This has convinced the Serie A side to make him available in the market and he has drawn attention from Italy and abroad.
According to Calciomercato, Napoli, AS Roma, West Ham and Leicester are the four teams ‘interested’ in the midfielder.
The 26-year-old is one of the Turin club’s players who is considered transferable, and he has ‘never hidden his desire’ to leave and if Lukić fails to seal a move elsewhere in January, he will try again next summer.
Torino techincal director Davide Vagnati is ‘ready to listen to any concrete offers’ he will receive for Lukić in January.
The fee needed for the likes of West Ham and Leicester to sign the Serbian is detailed by another report from Calciomercato.
It’s explained Torino want €15m and Vagnati has no intention of offering discounts to the player’s suitors, meaning that if the Italian club’s demands are not met, they will postpone Lukić’s sale to next summer.
