Antonio Conte will want to ‘finish a cycle’ with Tottenham rather than make a return to Juventus.
That’s according to agent Giocondo Martorelli, who believes working in the best league in the world will factor into the Italian’s thinking.
Conte is out of contract at Totteham at the end of the season and is so far holding off on signing an extension to that deal.
That’s led to suggestions he could be set to leave in the coming months, with a return to Juventus a current hot topic.
He has been continually linked with the position over the last few weeks, with Maximiliano Allegri under growing pressure following a poor start to the season.
Conte has done his best to dispel the rumours, insisting any talk of a return to Juventus is disrespectful to both Tottenham and Allegri.
That’s not stopping the rumours from building, though, with claims today that Conte would love to make a return to Turin given the difficulties Tottenham face competing with the likes of Manchester City.
Martorelli is having none of that, though, and instead believes the quality on offer in the Premier League could tempt Conte to stay.
“I think he wants to finish a cycle that has just started in England,” TuttoJuve report him saying.
“I think he also knows the economic possibility of the club and therefore the possibility of satisfying him.
“I don’t think he can think about a return to Italy, also because at the moment the Premier League is the best.”
