PSV manager Peter Bosz has admitted that Nottingham Forest target Ibrahim Sangaré could still leave the Dutch side this summer.

The coach today held a press conference ahead of the Champions League clash against Sturm Graz, and when quizzed about the 25-year-old, made it clear he may lose the player soon.

“That he can still leave, it’s true. We all know that. I think he is playing well. He is not distracted by what might be going on,” said Bosz (via Voetbal Primeur).

“No, I have no influence on that. But I hope he is retained.”

Voetbal Primeur even mentions Nottingham Forest’s interest in Sangaré, with the Reds chase getting quite some attention from the Dutch media in the past few weeks.

Local reports have already said that the Tricky Trees submitted an offer for the midfielder, with the club willing to spend over €35m on the signing.

The journalists, however, have also been highlighting that Sangaré is still to give the green light to a potential move, and that’s an important part of the process, since it’s not guaranteed he’ll want the transfer to the City Ground.

PSV and Nottingham Forest played a friendly match on Sunday, with the Dutch side winning 1-0, but the encounter apparently wasn’t used for further discussions on Sangaré’s potential move.
