Dear Tottenham fans, we’ve got some good news and some bad news for you.
Which one do you want first?
Actually, we’ll just go ahead and start with the bad news, and that’s that Real Madrid ‘will’ be signing Harry Kane in the summer.
The good news, however, is that it’s Don Balon reporting it.
According to the far from reliable Spanish outlet, Real Madrid’s agreement with the Tottenham star ‘is total’ after he told Florentino Perez ‘yes’ to a transfer to Spain, hoping both clubs can find an agreement that would include Gareth Bale.
The deal is estimated by the La Liga side at around €175m, which combines €85m worth of money and €90m worth of Welsh winger.
However, there are problems, including the fact Tottenham value Kane at €200m after Manchester City said they’d be willing to pay that much for the England international.
Yes, it justs get crazier.
Pep Guardiola apparently wants a new forward, and the 24-year-old is top of his list, with the likes of Neymar, Antoine Griezmann and Mohamed Salah right behind him.
If you didn’t believe us before, that last sentence should do the trick.
