Kim Min-jae has starred for Fenerbahçe since they signed him from Beijing Guoan at the start of this year.
His performances for the Turkish club in less than 12 months have caught the attention of clubs across Europe, including Tottenham Hotspur.
That’s according to Fanatik, who say the north London club, Juventus and FC Porto are ‘seriously interested’ in the centre-back.
The South Korea international has a contract with the Istanbul club until 2025 and Vítor Pereira’s side ‘won’t let [him] go easily’.
Fenerbahçe have ‘no intention’ of giving up on the defender, just a year after investing €3m to bring him to the Süper Lig. However, the Turkish side ‘will open the door’ for Min-jae to leave the club, provided their condition is met.
If clubs like Spurs, Juve and Porto knock on Fenerbahçe’s door with an offer of €20m, then they’ll let the player leave.
Fanatik’s report doesn’t make it clear whether Fenerbahçe are ready to let Min-jae leave in January or next summer.
Antonio Conte has confirmed Cristian Romero’s setback and the Argentine is expected to be out of action until February at the earliest. His setback may encourage Tottenham to bring in a central defender in the winter market.
