Tottenham Hotspur seem willing to make a new offer for AC Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek, the Italian media says.
Calcio Mercato says the striker was supposed to be a starter in the game against Torino tomorrow, but things may change before that.
Spurs have already made an offer to get the player on a loan deal, but that’s not the type of agreement Milan are interested in.
Now it’s stated Tottenham could be about to present a ‘new proposal’ in the ‘next few hours’ which could get close to Serie A club’s requirements. And in case it’s made before tomorrow’s game, then Piatek could be removed from the squad.
Krzysztof Piatek has five goals and one assist in 19 appearances for Milan this season. He began the season as a starter, but ended up losing his place once Zlatan Ibrahimovic joined the club.
Calcio Mercato doesn’t seem to know how much Tottenham are expected to offer, but they make it clear that a deal with Milan is a real possibility.
