With Valencia not giving up on the signing of Bryan Gil from Tottenham Hotspur, it seems the last days of the January transfer window could have some movements on that chase.
TuttoMercatoWeb today writes about the many targets the La Liga side have, and the winger is said to be the ‘first choice’ for them.
Gil and Ilaix Moriba are claimed to be the ‘double blow’ that Valencia want ‘in these last hours’ of the transfer market.
It’s said the contacts with Tottenham for the 20-year-old ‘continue’, and all the Mestalla side wish is a loan until the end of the season.
Following his €25m move from Sevilla last summer, Bryan Gil is still adapting to English football, getting only 756 minutes in 20 appearances for Tottenham so far.
Now even though a move back to La Liga would, of course, feel comfortable for him, it should be up to Spurs whether they want to keep him developing under their wing or let him get more minutes somewhere else.
