Manchester United are back on being considered a potential option for João Félix.

The Portuguese star is returning to Atletico Madrid from his loan at Chelsea, and since he’s not wanted at the La Liga side, we’re about to see a new saga about his future.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo say both the Colchoneros and his agent want his move out of the club sorted by the start of July.

When listing the destinations on the table, Manchester United are labelled as one of them, as they got close to landing him in the winter.

It’s said there were ‘small differences’ that stopped the deal in January, and Erik ten Hag could now ‘fulfil the initial wish’ to bring him to Old Trafford.

Mundo Deportivo points out Manchester United have always shown they can afford such signing, and Jorge Mendes is said to be ‘already moving’ for a transfer.

But the Red Devils are just one of the options on the table, and Atletico Madrid are set to sit down and analyse all the offers, including those of loans and permanent moves.
