According to Turkish newspaper Posta, Fenerbahce are targeting Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo on a loan deal.
The Turkish giants are in the market for another central defender after they completed the signing of Huddersfield Town’s Mathias Zanka last week and Posta say United’s Argentine is also of interest to the Yellow Canaries.
Fenerbahce were interested in signing Roma’s Aleksandar Kolarov as club’s manager Ersun Yanal believes he can play both as a left-back and a central defender.
However, the Italian club aren’t keen to let him go, and Posta say Fenerbahce have therefore moved onto the other targets such as Rojo.

It’s reported the Argentine could be an ideal alternative to Kolarov as he can also play as a left-sided defender and a left-back and it’s reported talks between the two sides have already begun.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also keen to get rid of the 29-year-old, who strongly linked with a move to Everton during the final stages of the English transfer window.
Rojo still has two years left on his current contract at Old Trafford.
