Fanatik claim Fenerbahce are interested in Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, and they could make a move for the England international in the next window.

The Turkish giants believe they can give the Arsenal player more playing time then he’s currently getting at the Emirates. Again the player didn’t get any minutes against Manchester United yesterday, and will be increasingly frustrated.

After a series of injuries to midfielder Mehmet Ekiri, Fenerbahce are in the market for a playmaker, and Wilshere is on their shortlist.

Fenerbahce officials will reportedly meet with Aykut Kocaman about signing the Arsenal man, and if the manager gives the green light then it’s likely they will make an approach for Wilshere.

Then it’s stated the club will sit around a table with Wilshere and try and convince him he’ll get more playing time if he leaves Arsenal for Fenerbahce.

However, given his contract will expire in six months, Arsenal may not allow him to leave on a loan deal, and subsequently the Turkish side will need to convince the Premier League side.

Wilshere has been used mainly in the Europa League this season by Arsene Wenger, and he’s yet to start a game in the Premier League for the Gunners.

With the World Cup around the corner Wilshere will want to be playing regular football, and may wish to find a club in the new year which can give him this.
