According to Aksam, Fenerbahce are showing interest in Newcastle United attacking midfielder Yasin Ben El-Mhanni.
The 22 year old has reportedly caught the eye of Fenerbahce manager Aykut Kocaman, and the Turkish side are now looking at the player’s situation at Newcastle United.
Aksam say El-Mhanni has impressed Kocaman with his dribbling skills and also his versatility.
Earlier this week there were reports the Turkish club are looking for younger players for the future, and they’ve also been linked with a move for Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos.
El-Mahanni’s contract with Newcastle United is set to expire at the end of the season and there’s a strong possibility Fenerbahce can land him on a free transfer this summer.
The Turkish giants can now speak to the youngster about a move to Istanbul, and maybe offer a pre-contract agreement
The midfielder has yet to feature for Rafael Benitez’s team this season, and has played ten U23 matches for the club.
