Swansea City star Bafetimbi Gomis could be leaving the club this summer, as it’s thought he isn’t in the future plans of Francesco Guidolin.
Gomis signed for Swansea on a free transfer a couple of years ago, and has another two years left on his contract.
Fresh reports in France suggest Gomis could be returning to his homeland, but also has an offer from a Premier League side.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Marseille are interested in signing Gomis, as they’re looking for a replacement for Michy Batshuayi, who has been tipped to leave this summer.
L’Equipe reckon Marseille want Gomis on loan, but he has other offers, including from Premier League side Sunderland.
Swansea would ideally want to offload him permanently, and that’d put Sunderland in pole position should they make a reasonable offer.
The 30-year-old managed 7 goals to his name last season in 35 appearances, with most of them coming on as a substitute.
