There’s a claim in the Swedish media that Swansea City will make another attempt to sign IK Sirius forward Noel Milleskog during the next transfer window.
Milleskog was linked with a move to the Championship side this summer, but they couldn’t convince his club will their initial offer.
Fotboll Direkt now report Swansea City will come in with an improved offer for the 22-year-old attacker, said to be in the region of £1.85m. It’s also reported the Swans recently sent a scout to get a further lowdown on the youngster.
According to the Swedish media outlet, Swansea City had offered £1.1m during the last window, but this was rejected by IK Sirius.
However, with this expected new offer coming in from the Welsh club it’s reported the Allsvenskan side are now prepared to sit down at the negotiating table.
The young forward joined IK Sirius from Djurgårdens IF during the last winter transfer window and his performances have brought him to the attention of other clubs, including Swansea City.
This season the right winger has started 22 league games, scoring seven goals and providing four assists. He’s contracted until December 2028.
