Tuttosport are doing their very best to try and push a whole load of Juventus players out to market.
Cristiano Ronaldo signing for the club from Real Madrid is still the biggest story for the Turin newspaper, but a very close second to that comes the sales.
Despite several players being edged out of the Serie A side for months, there doesn’t seem to be a raft of exits on the verge of happening, so Juventus will have to work quickly in the market to try and get some deals done.
One possibility is Miralem Pjanic, and it’s reported that whilst Juventus want to keep the player, and he could sign a new contract with the club, they would listen to a really big offer.
Manchester City and Barcelona are once again linked, and there’s an assumption that the Premier League champions wouldn’t have too many problems meeting the €80-90m price that would shake Juve enough to consider a sale.
But that seems a little unrealistic. Pep Guardiola’s side have shown they’re unwilling to pay what they think are inflated fees for players and €90m for 28 year old Pjanic doesn’t seem an obvious deal for Manchester City this summer.
