There’s been yet another comment on Hirving Lozano to Manchester United. Over the past week there’s been several claims Manchester United are interested, claims a deal is even agreed, and then denials.
After the Pachuca president said he laughs when he hears the rumours, now the player himself has said there’s nothing concrete, but he made it clear he’s positive toward the idea.
In an interview with Record, Lozano told them: “It’s very nice that people are saying these things, but it would be better if it was a fact. I don’t know about that, the board will tell me if it is or not, but right now I don’t know anything”.
“First I have to be here at Pachuca and then we’ll see where we go,” said the 20-year-old.
If you haven’t read it yet, we’ve made a timeline of the rumours which said Manchester United were close on signing the striker.
There’s disagreement at Pachuca too, with direct comments from the club’s president and vice president which contradict each other in the strongest ways possible.
Lozano is now concentrating on Mexico’s Olympic campaign, and Manchester United will have someone at the tournament scouting the talent on show.
