Monday’s draw for the first knockout stage of the Champions League is of course big news around Europe, taking most of the sport newspaper front pages.
There are some huge clashes to look forward to, with Manchester United v Sevilla not really one of the standout games on show. However, it’s huge news in Seville that the local side will be going to Old Trafford, and Jose Mourinho visiting the Spanish city, and the local media contacted Vicente Iborra.
Now at Leicester City, Iborra still has his connections with Sevilla, so it was thought he’d be a good person to ask about Manchester United.
Asked what Sevilla can expect from Mourinho’s Manchester United, Iborra explained: “It’s a very physical and very strong team. It has very tall and fast players and at any moment they can score.”
Spanish newspaper call Leicester City’s Iborra ‘The Spy’, but he wasn’t exactly giving away any secret information. Sevilla should know exactly what to expect from Manchester United early next year.
