According to Fanatik, Trabzonspor are in talks to loan Stoke City midfielder Badou Ndiaye until the end of the season.
The Turkish side currently have injury problems in midfield with the likes of Ogenyi Onazi, Abdulkadir Parmak, John Obi Mikel and Jose Sosa sidelined.
Subsequently, Fanatik say Trabzonspor are looking to sign a central midfielder in the January transfer window and the Stoke City man is an option.
The Turkish newspaper also claims Trabzonspor have held talks with Stoke City officials with regards to loaning Ndiaye and the Championship club want a €500K loan fee for their player.
However, Fanatik report Trabzonspor don’t want to pay any loan fee, but are willing to cover Ndiaye’s wages for six months which is said to be worth around €1.5m.
The Senegalese midfielder is hoping to leave Stoke City in the next window and has also been linked with his former club Galatasaray. It’s claimed the Super Lig champions have been in talks with Ndiaye’s agent with regards to returning to Istanbul.
