Premier Futsal today announced the signing of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs, former Chelsea star Hernan Crespo and Brazilian legend Ronaldinho on three-year deals.
The tournament in India will by Ryan Giggs first step since announcing his exit from Manchester United after 29 years.
Ronaldinho, however, has been linked with a move to India for the last couple of years, and it now appears he is finally making a move.
The tournament is scheduled to take place in India between July 15th to July 24th 2016 in Chennai and Goa.
The tournament will also feature Falcao (No, not THAT Falcao), who is known as the ‘Pele of futsal’, whilst Portuguese legend Luis Figo is the president of the league and is backed by Indian cricket star Virat Kohli.
Premier Futsal are putting a great deal of effort into the launch, and the calibre of players being attracted is certainly impressive.
