Žan Celar spent three years at Swiss side FC Lugano before joining Queens Park Rangers in the summer window.
The striker has scored two goals from 22 matches in all competitions and both goals came in the London club’s 2-0 win over Cardiff City in November.
Earlier this month, the Slovenia international picked up an injury in QPR’s 3-0 league win over Norwich City and has been sidelined since then.
The 25-year-old’s injury situation hasn’t stopped him from thinking about a transfer in the winter market if Deichstube are to be believed.
They state the frontman is looking to leave Martí Cifuentes’ side next month and has been offered to Werder Bremer.
The Bundesliga side are aiming to improve their attack for the second half of the season but won’t be considering signing the QPR player. The report states Celar is on the sidelines due to a thigh injury, which is why Werder Bremen are against his arrival in January.
Celar’s agent has to find a new club if he’s still keen on leaving the Championship side, just months after joining them.
