CMIT TV had a chat today with ‘market expert’ Rudy Galetti, who brought some information on the movements which will affect Italian clubs in the coming months.
One of the rumours on the table was regarding the future of Milan midfielder Franck Kessie, whose contract with the Rossoneri expires at the end of the season.
Since Antonio Conte’s arrival at Tottenham Hotspur, the London side are said to be one of the candidates to land him for free next summer.
Galetti claims that even though the Premier League club will need to work hard to convince the player, it seems likely that he’d accept the move in the end.
“He’s one of Conte’s requests, but I don’t know if Tottenham’s offer will satisfy Kessie, also because there are some important commissions involved,” Galetti told CMIT TV.
“However now I would say that on Kessie the highest percentage is for Tottenham.”
Kessie is one of the many Serie A players who started getting linked to Spurs this summer, even before Antonio Conte’s arrival.
Recent reports from Italy have claimed there’ll be a ‘certain goodbye’ from him to Milan at the end of the season, so at this stage, it all sounds like a matter of convincing him to move to London.
