AS Roma midfielder Cengiz Under has told the Italian media he’s not interested in a move to the Premier League just yet after recently being linked with Manchester City.
The Premier League champions also tried to sign the Turkey international before his move to Serie A last summer.
Calciomeracto have reported on comments Under made to Corriere dello Sport when asked bout interest from English clubs: “I signed a five-year contract, for the moment I do not want to think about any transfer. I’m very happy to stay here. I’ve just arrived, it would be crazy to make another transfer so close. I still have a lot to do here. Possibly win.”
Last week we covered reports from Turkey that Manchester City have renewed their interest in Under ahead of the summer window. The English club sent a scout to the game between Roma and Barcelona to get a lowdown on the youngster.
