Manchester United have a keen interest in signing Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho in the summer.

Two days ago, Bild reported ‘there is a clear announcement’ from BVB that the winger will not be allowed to leave if his future isn’t resolved before the end of next month.

On Thursday, the same outlet explained the Red Devils have submitted their ‘first, official offer’ for the 21-year-old, around £60m, which isn’t enough for the Bundesliga side.

Sport1 also report the Old Trafford club tabling an initial offer, and this proposal falls short of the demands set by Dortmund.

The German club are ready to sell Sancho this summer, if there’s an offer worth €95m. It’s not been made clear if the figure mentioned is for a fixed fee or including bonuses.

In the event Dortmund don’t receive an offer from Manchester United for the attacker ‘by the end of July’, then Sancho ‘has to stay’.

Sport1 have now joined Bild, to state that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have been warned about the deadline to complete the Sancho operation.

Sancho staying at Dortmund remains unlikely, considering United have an intention to raise their offer to complete his signing.
