There are reports in the Turkey press that Galatasaray manager Faith Terim is set for talks with Garry Rodrigues, after concerns relating to transfer reports.
West Ham United are the latest English top-flight club to be linked with the Cape Verde international after claims they’ve tabled a bid for the player.
Fanatik reckon Galatasaray aren’t too impressed with Rodrigues’ recent performances and are worried his head has been turned by transfer speculation.
In the past couple of weeks the attacker has seen his form drop and subsequently Terim will hold talks with the player. The Galatasaray boss is also worried Rodrigues’ agent has been pushing for a move for his client.
Rodrigues had been in impressive form for Galatasaray this season which has brought attention from Premier League clubs, including West Ham.
Last month we covered reports from the Turkish press that West Ham have made a €12m offer for the player, but Galatasaray are reportedly demanding a fee in the region of €18m.
West Ham should expect to face competition from Everton and Newcastle United.
