Greek website Sdna report Olympiacos striker Miguel Angel Guerrero is close to signing for Nottingham Forest.
The 30-year-old spent the second half of last season in La Liga with Leganes and returned to the Greek club after the end of his loan spell.
However, Sdna report it’s likely he will be on the move again, and that Nottingham Forest are close to confirming his arrival at the City Ground.
It’s reported the Spanish striker has already travelled to the UK and will complete his transfer to Nottingham Forest in the coming days.
After narrowly missing out on playoffs last season, Sabri Lamouchi’s side are in the market to strengthen their squad as they look to make another attempt to get promotion to the Premier League.
Last season Guerrero made 13 appearances in the league for Leganes scoring just one goal. Guerrero’s contract at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium will expire at the end of June 2021.
