It appears that everything is moving in the right direction for Leicester City and Stefano Sensi, as TuttoMercatoWeb bring the latest on Monday.

A report earlier on in the day stated that the midfielder would be moving on loan initially for €500k, with €2m making the move permanent at the end of the season depending on whether the Foxes were promoted to the Premier League or not.

Well, that’s now backed up by the Italian website, who have the same information as FC Inter News did, before adding a bit more.

They believe the player is expected to travel to Leicester ‘between today and tomorrow’, and it could happen as early as ‘in the next few hours’.

Once he does, he will undergo his medicals to ensure all is well and he can immediately start playing under Enzo Maresca at the King Power Stadium.

With Leicester so well placed in the Championship, it would be a surprise if they didn’t end up having to spend €2m on the 28-year-old, whose contract with Inter was due to expire at the end of the campaign.
