It’s not really a transfer window if Yann M’vila isn’t linked with a move to the Premier League, and L’Equipe do the honours on Friday.
It’s claimed there’s two English clubs keen on the signing: West Ham and Crystal Palace.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side appear to be ahead of Roy Hodgson’s, with the French newspaper saying the Hammers are ‘especially’ interested.
The 29 year old is currently playing for Saint-Etienne, where he has a contract lasting until June 2022. Fenerbahce are also keen, with the Turkish club looking for at least one midfielder, and are said to have offered a four year contract.
West Ham and Crystal Palace are expected to go on the attack for M’Vila in the ‘next few days’. For Fenerbahce, the plan would be to wait until the English window closes on August 8th, and then push for the signing with more confidence.
Saint Etienne would prefer to keep him, but it’s believed they could sell for around €10m.
