On Monday evening we covered a report from Serbia which explained Luka Milivojević had packed his bags and was on the way to England to formalise a transfer.
Milivojević has been linked with several Premier League clubs during the January transfer window, but as far as the Serbian media were concerned, he was signing for Crystal Palace.
That was then backed up with reports from Greece, where Milivojević plays for Olympiakos. It was stated the midfielder was already in England and set to got through his Crystal Palace medical, and then everything would be announced.
Several hours later Sky Sports News reported a deal wasn’t yet finalised, but in Greece and Serbia pictures have been published of the player with his new Crystal Palace shirt, which would pretty much confirm everything without words.
Sport24 say a deal has been agreed for over €15m, and the announcement is on the way.
