According to Greek radio station Metro Sports, via PageNews.Gr, Aris striker Brown Ideye is looking to get a move back to England, with Nottingham Forest said to be interested.
The former West Brom striker will be out of the contract with the Greek side at the end of the season and he’s said to be considering his options.
It’s reported the Nigerian won’t be extending his contract with Aris and it’s claimed Nottingham Forest are in the running to sign the 31 year old.
The Championship side will be able to open talks with the player with regards to a pre-contact agreement due to his contract situation.
Ideye had a brief spell in English football with West Brom when he arrived at the Hawthorns from Dynamo Kiev in 2014.
However, after just one season he left the club and joined Greek side Olympiacos. The nomadic striker signed for Aris last summer on a free transfer.
He’s has made 26 appearances for his side this season and scored 9 goals.
