According to a claim in the Turkish media, Galatasaray are closing in on Norwich City midfielder Gabriel Sara.
The Brazilian has been linked with the Turkish champions in the past week, along with Leeds United.
A Haber have reported on the latest developments regarding the future of Sara and they say the player has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray. The 25-year-old has been offered €3m a year, but the length of the contract hasn’t been disclosed.
These claims may come as a blow to Leeds United after reports this week they’d made an offer for Sara. Leeds United were said to have tabled a £5m bid, which felt on the low side.
Sara made 50 appearances last season, scoring 14 goals, and is contracted until June 2026.
