Miha Zajc has proposals from both Newcastle United and Huddersfield Town, report Gazzetta dello Sport in their Sunday edition.
The 24 year old currently plays for Empoli, where he has a contract lasting until June 2022, having extended his deal during the 2018 summer transfer window.
Zajc is a right footed attacking midfielder and has made 18 Serie A appearances so far this season, ten as a starter.
Gazzetta dello Sport don’t expand much on the claims, other than to say Zajc could ‘pack his bags’ soon, making it clear a move would be in the January market.
Interestingly, the player’s agent Jaka Lucu spoke to Tuttomercatoweb on Saturday and dropped a big hint a move to English football is a possibility: “It is true that at least two Premier League clubs have shown interest in Miha. The profile of a player like him in
