Following all the reports regarding Manchester United’s interest in the signing of Casemiro from Real Madrid, the Spanish media now starts to talk about the player’s side of this story.
Marca comes up to say that the midfielder is ‘thinking’ about the offer from the Red Devils, as the proposal ‘has come at an ideal time to at least be studied’.
It’s said Casemiro has ‘not closed the door’ to an exit and currently analyses the chance of joining Manchester United, wondering if the club can rebuild soon, especially with them out of the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Mundo Deportivo comes up with a similar story as well. They say it isn’t very clear for Casemiro whether he should stay at Real Madrid, as he doesn’t close doors to a switch to Manchester United.
The outlet also claims the Brazilian is ‘analysing’ the chance of making the move, with the Red Devils offering to nearly double the €9m yearly salary he has at Real Madrid.
The agreement between clubs doesn’t seem to be a problem. Because despite the Spanish side’s wish of keeping him, they are said to be demanding €70m for the sale, and Manchester United ‘are willing to get to this amount’.
