Earlier this month, former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez was linked to a few London clubs. Chelsea and West Ham were two of them, even though none of the reports said the transfer was close to happening.
But a Premier League return seems a certainty for Chicharito, or at least that’s what Publimetro editor Aldo Miranda thinks. In today’s edition of the Mexican newspaper, the journalist compares both clubs, showing the decision the striker would have to make before his next move.
The article calls West Ham the poor side, and Chelsea the rich. It’s basically a big comparison of both clubs and their roots, even though it’s more focused i=on the Hammers fans’ passion for football and Roman Abramovich’s work in rebuilding the West London side.
Regarding Chicharito’s decision, Miranda claims that the striker would have to choose between becoming a star playing for a smaller club, which would be West Ham, or fitting into Antonio Conte’s squad and working to get some relevance there. That’s the big dilemma.
But is Chicharito really that close to a move to London? Publimetro seems to think so.
