Spanish side Valencia are interested in signing Andreas Pereira from Manchester United on a one year loan deal.
The information was originaly published by SER Deportivos Valencia, and confirmed by Sport Witness’ sources.
Pereira spent the last season at La Liga side Granada, and managed to impress at the club despite their relegation.
The player kept in constant touch with manager José Mourinho, who was expected to give him an important spot in this year’s squad, especially after playing the 21-year-old during the preseason.
However, the midfielder didn’t get any minutes in Manchester United’s first three games this season, something that caught some fans by surprise.
The lack of minutes has probably encouraged Valencia to request the loan, but it still won’t be easy for them.
Sources have told Sport Witness that José Mourinho is still reluctant to let Pereira go, especially because of the number of important matches Manchester United will be playing this season.
