Manchester United apparently have a new problem to deal with in the coming weeks.

Following reports from the Argentine media claiming that the Red Devils wouldn’t like to let Alejandro Garnacho take part in the U-20 World Cup, it seems the player didn’t take that decision very well.

Now according to Argentine journalist German Garcia Grova, the 18-year-old is showing the club his unsatisfaction with the situation.

It’s claimed that Garnacho has told Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag that he wants to take part in the international tournament.

As previously reported by the Argentine media, it’s once again claimed that U-20 Argentina coach Javier Mascherano is arriving in England to make the same request.

The national team is having that issue with other players, so Manchester should be only one of the stops the Argentine manager will have in the coming days.

The U-20 World Cup takes place between the 20th of May and the 11th of June. That means that besides missing out on the final fixtures of the Premier League, Garnacho would also need to be absent of Manchester United’s FA Cup final against Manchester City.
