Matteo Darmian’s saga continues to be one of the most boring of the summer.
Likely to be on his way out of Manchester United, the player has been heavily linked to Juventus, who don’t really want to pay what the Red Devils are demanding.
Italian newspaper Tuttosport has a story about it on Saturday, claiming that the Old Lady has a meeting scheduled with Manchester United representatives for the next week.
The outlet makes it clear that the deal is unlikely to happen if case the Premier League side don’t decrease their demands, which for now stand at €20m.
Tuttosport points out that these conversations could be not only about Darmian, but also about Anthony Martial, who’s a target for Juventus this summer.
In case any Manchester United fans are wondering about Alex Sandro, the newspaper doesn’t even mention José Mourinho’s interest in the player today. The Brazilian is indeed named in the story, but all Tuttosport says is that PSG could go for him.
