Manchester United have once again been named as one of the club’s keen on Atalanta youngster Dejan Kulusevski.
The Swede has impressed out on loan with Parma this season, with five assists and two goals in 12 games so far.
That form has earned him the attention of several clubs and Manchester United are reportedly among them.
We covered a report earlier this week that stated they and Arsenal were both ‘observing’ the player and FC Inter News confirm that today.
They claim that scouts from both clubs, as well as Southampton, have drawn up ‘more than flattering reviews’ about the 19-year-old forward.
However, it seems that Manchester United and the other interested clubs may end up being forced to wait until the summer to try and land their man.
The website explains that Kulusevski turned down a move to Juventus this summer as he preferred somewhere that could give him regular game time and help him develop.
He’s obtained that at Parma and would question the logic in ending a loan spell, which has so far been very productive for him, prematurely.
Instead, he would be happy to wait until the summer, after Euro 2020, when the interested clubs are likely to still be there.
Atalanta are also in no rush to sell at this point, presumably hoping that Kulusevski continues to impress and forces up his asking price.
