Hakim Ziyech scoring for Morocco at the World Cup has seen transfer rumours around the Chelsea player rise.
Even prior to the competition in Qatar, he’d been repeatedly linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge. He’s been little used by the Blues so far this season, and his situation hasn’t been much different under either Thomas Tuchel or Graham Potter.
Parting ways in January appears to make sense, and Calciomercato have dragged Manchester United back into the picture.
Erik ten Hag’s side were linked a few months ago, but more recently it’s been assumed they’ve moved to looking at other targets, leaving the Chelsea player behind.
Calciomercato believe not and they say that when it comes to competition for AC Milan, Manchester United are ‘in first place’.
Reports in Italy earlier this week stated the Rossoneri are looking at a loan deal with a right to buy, and don’t want to pay more than €15m in total.
That doesn’t seem a great deal for Chelsea, so it’d be no surprise to see further clubs dragged in… such as Manchester United.
